Take Sprain Brook Pkwy S to I-287 E towards White Plains. Take exit 4 for New York 100A toward Hartsdale. Turn right onto New York 100A S/W Hartsdale Ave/Knollwood Rd. Turn left to merge onto Tarrytown Rd. Turn right onto Prospect Ave.
From 287W:
Take I-287 W to exit 5 for NY-100. Turn left onto NY-100 S/Hillside Ave. Turn left onto Tarrytown Rd. Turn right onto Prospect Ave.
From 287E:
Take I-287 E to exit 4 for New York 100A toward Hartsdale. Turn right onto New York 100A S/W Hartsdale Ave/Knollwood Rd. Turn left to merge onto Tarrytown Rd. Turn right onto Prospect Ave.
